“Sick Today” is a highly anticipated unreleased track from Seattle rapper Lil Mosey, as he encompasses his trap lifestyle complete with theft, lean, and money over a beat produced by frequent collaborator Royce David.

The track has not leaked in its entirety, however a large portion of it is available in snippets, some of which have been available since late 2018. Mosey broke more than a year of silence on the track when he previewed it in November 2020 during an Instagram live.

In an April 2021 Instagram story, the track was seen on the tentative tracklist for Mosey’s upcoming mixtape, Universal.
