“Summertime” is the fifth single and tenth track off of Hayden Forbes’ debut album A Musician’s Nature.

Reliving childhood memories, Hayden details the three months of summer in the three versions. June shows an ambitious Hayden with three months of freedom ahead. July shows Hayden in the middle of his three-month party, having the time of his life. August shows the comedown, Hayden isn’t ready for the fun to end, but he’s excited to see all of his friends again.

Childhood friend Melina Grace, who also provided vocals for “Chasing Dreams” sings the chorus.
